10 Lovely 2018 Acura Headlights – Acura is the luxury automobile marque of Japanese automaker Honda. The brand has been launched in the USA and Canada in March 1986, marketing luxury, performance, and high-performance vehicles. It had been introduced to Hong Kong in 1991, Mexico in 2004, China in 2006, Russia in 2014 and Kuwait at 2015, and can also be sold in Ukraine. Honda’s plan to introduce Acura into the Japanese national economy (JDM) at 2008 was delayed, because of economic reasons, also afterwards withheld as a consequence of the 2008 financial catastrophe.
Acura retains the distinction of being the first Japanese automotive luxury brand. The creation of Acura collaborated with the introduction of a JDM Honda dealership sales channel, called Honda Clio, which marketed luxury vehicles, linking formerly recognized Honda Verno, followed by Honda Primo the following year. In its first couple of years of existence, Acura was among the best selling luxury marques in the US. Though sales were down in the mid-to-late 1990s, the brand experienced a revival in the early 2000s, as a result of drastic redesigns and the introductions of new versions.
As Acura’s product line grew in the 1990s, however, the business struggled a little. Some of its products were duds, and it risked alienating loyal clients when it replaced both the Legend and Integra titles with alphanumeric designations. The company jumped on the sexy luxury SUV bandwagon in the mid-’90s with all the SLX. Regrettably, the SLX was just a rebadged version of an Isuzu SUV, along with its quality did not match clients’ expectations.
For the new millennium, Acura revamped its product range. An all-new SUV called the MDX debuted, sporting numerous family-friendly features, such as a third-row seat. The Integra was replaced using the RSX sport coupe, and an all-new entry-level sport sedan called the TSX was introduced then. A complete redesign of its popular version, the midsize TL sedan, followed, as did a redesign of its flagship RL luxury sedan.
